Requirements Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code). NRP, and Basic Fetal Monitoring (or higher certification), and STABLE certification. Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as an inpatient L&D RN (most recent experience within the last year). Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes. Strong assessment skills surrounding pregnancy and labor including high risk cases. Must show competency with infant stabilization and electronic fetal heart monitoring and interpretation.
