You will oversee facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective environments, while leading teams, managing resources, and supporting business needs through strategic facility planning and execution. This role is onsite supporting our Plymouth Facilities.ResponsibilitiesManages the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilitiesPlans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates for equipment, labor, materials, and related costsDesigns and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities departmentOversees coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansionEstablishes and oversees health and safety standards, as applicableSelects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient and effective operation of the functionEnsures corrective and preventative maintenance occur in a timely fashion and that work orders are recorded in CMMSCoordinates contractors to complete projects and tasks as necessaryMust HavesHigh School Diploma and 1+ year of Facilities experienceNice to HaveManagement of financial and material resourcesCritical thinkingProject managementManagement of personnel resourcesCollaboration and productivity softwareStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systemsFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD):$74,400.00 - $111,600.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
