About the Role

Hello, School Psychologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for K–12 school settings in Thornton, CO. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome both new and experienced clinicians who are passionate about supporting students!

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
• Support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Valid Colorado CDE certification required by start date
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• NASP membership a plus
