Your next nursing opportunity is herea full-time contract position for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in home health. Ideal candidates are confident in their clinical abilities, skilled in OASIS documentation, and able to manage a structured schedule to provide compassionate care for patients in their homes.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract with possible extension
• Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
• On-call availability may be required

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a home health RN
• Proven OASIS documentation proficiency
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Demonstrated ability to meet daily visit requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care and perform clinical interventions in patient homes
• Conduct thorough assessments and complete accurate OASIS documentation on schedule
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and care teams to implement and update patient-specific care plans
• Implement wound care, oversee medication administration, monitor disease progression, and provide patient/caregiver education
• Ensure effective communication with clinical team members on changes in patient conditions

$2,193 - $2,312/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
