ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position Assistant Restaurant Manager – Food Service Supervisor – Management Overview Assistant Manager role at Braum’s, responsible for leading the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Responsibilities Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee daily operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales. Actively monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Ensure company policies and practices are implemented and followed. Work Schedule Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an average 45‑hour work week. Shift: 2:00 pm – Close. Reports to Store Manager Qualifications Customer focus. Strong work ethic with high integrity standards. Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all staff levels. Ability to build a successful team in an environment of trust. Adaptability to changing customer, employee, and store‑environment needs. Effective communication with leadership team members. Ability to align teams for enhanced performance. Follow‑up and follow‑through with discipline. Initiate action and achieve goals. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow practices/procedures. Analyze reporting results accurately. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Retail management experience required. At least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license required.
