Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatric Outpatient)
Location: Paris, TN
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, approximately 7:30/7:45 AM-5:00/5:30 PM (No weekends, nights, or on-call)
Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Therapy
Patient Population: Children ages 0-18
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients with communication, developmental, feeding, and swallowing needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric care and interested in building long-term relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat speech, language, articulation, phonological, fluency, social communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing disorders
Monitor progress and update plans of care
Educate caregivers and provide home programs
Complete timely clinical documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with OT, PT, physicians, educators, and other professionals
Provide engaging, family-centered, evidence-based care
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Tennessee SLP license required
CCC-SLP preferred
At least 1 year of experience preferred
Pediatric experience preferred; outpatient, early intervention, autism, AAC, or feeding experience is a plus
New graduates/Clinical Fellows are not being considered
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Must pass a background check
Compensation:
Billable-hour compensation model
Experienced candidates paid according to established billable-hour scale
Must be comfortable with billable-hour compensation

$150 annual CEU reimbursement
