Senior Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedules are consistently met. Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM Location: Bessemer, AL (Onsite) Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations and workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met Lead, coach, and develop production employees and supervisors Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency while identifying opportunities for improvement Coordinate production schedules, staffing, materials, and equipment needs Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards Maintain high standards for product quality and production accuracy Train and onboard new employees while supporting ongoing employee development Communicate production performance, challenges, and needs to management Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment Help implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste Qualifications 5+ years of production or manufacturing experience required Previous supervisory or management experience required Experience in construction manufacturing preferred Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to read and follow production specifications and procedures High school diploma or equivalent required By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
