Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (Outpatient) position is available in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This outpatient clinical role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards. Candidates are required to bring their licensed credentials on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; current CPR certification; active and applicable license for the State where work will be performed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient settings is highly desired.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations; utilizes clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans; completes accurate and timely medical record documentation; ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders; participates in student programs with appropriate supervision; actively creates and pursues professional development plans; adheres to State Practice Act and regulatory agency guidelines; maintains licensure in good standing; performs ethically per professional codes of conduct; understands and participates in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
