OTR CDL- A - Reefer Driver

DL-A Reefer Driver Opportunities with BB8 Freight Join a successful, professional company committed to your safety, support, and profitability. At BB8 Freight , we prioritize world-class safety, dependable support, and smart dispatching so you can maximize your earnings every week. What We Offer: Weekly Pay: $2,500–$3,500 (Top performers consistently at the higher end). Pay Structure: 28–30% of load gross (as rates rise, your pay rises too!) Direct Deposit: Every Friday — no delays. Bonuses: Safety Bonuses. Referral Bonuses. Clean Inspection Cash Bonuses. Equipment: Late-model 2022–2023. Home Time: 3 weeks out, 4 full days at home , resume duty on the 5th day. Requirements: Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience (verifiable). No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities: Safely operate a CDL-A reefer truck. Complete daily pre-trip inspections. Secure and transport freight safely & efficiently. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
