Step into an impactful role serving PreK-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA. This full-time opportunity centers on supporting school-aged children, delivering critical speech and language services across a four-day workweek (35 hours per week). Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Active Washington SLP License (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility strongly preferred
• Experience in a school-based setting or pediatric care valued; healthcare experience a plus
• Comfort working with a diverse caseload spanning PreK through 12th grade
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and a passion for cultivating student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
• Conduct therapy sessions with clear, measurable goals
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
