Quality Inspector – 2nd ShiftLocation: New Troy, MI Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7 days a week; schedule may vary based on business needsJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect manufactured products and ensure parts meet established quality standards. This position will involve testing items, measuring parts, identifying defects, and documenting inspection results.ResponsibilitiesInspect finished and in-process products for qualityTest items to ensure they meet specificationsMeasure parts using appropriate measuring tools and equipmentIdentify defects, inconsistencies, or quality issuesCompare parts and products against established specificationsDocument inspection results accuratelyCommunicate quality concerns to production and supervisory staffHelp ensure products meet company quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized inspection areaFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualificationsPrevious quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to accurately measure and inspect partsAbility to read and follow instructions and specificationsBasic math and measurement skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentPay & ScheduleStarting pay: $18.00/hour2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMMonday–Sunday operation; 7-day schedule
