Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, material handling, and general warehouse support. This is a hands, on, physically demanding position that involves heavy lifting, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks. This is not a retail environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing consistent warehouse work both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities Pull and prepare orders for shipment. Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials. Load and unload trucks. Palletize and organize materials. Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and general warehouse operations. Operate a forklift as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment. Support various warehouse functions based on business needs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory, or material handling preferred. Product knowledge preferred, or ability to quickly learn products and processes. Forklift experience required; Ferguson will provide forklift certification. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Punctual, reliable, and dependable. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse duties. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors. Comfortable working in an indoor warehouse environment that is not air-conditioned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
