Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served. From classic pub fare to creative specials, our menu offers a range of culinary opportunities for creativity and skill development. This position presents a chance to work alongside a dedicated team, learn new techniques, and potentially advance your career.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen team members to expedite orders and meet service deadlines
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Uphold our commitment to quality and consistency in every dish served

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
