ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2014 and is a strong, close-knit team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Sales Manager with Xfinity, where I developed a passion for leadership, coaching, and helping others succeed.

I’m a Golden Eagle graduate with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. I’m married, with a son graduating this year, and we have a dog named Oreo who keeps things fun at home. Outside of work, I enjoy trying new foods, golfing, motorcycling, and staying active in my church, where I lead a men’s life group.

Giving back and staying connected to the community is important to me. I’m involved with my local church, the Area Development Partnership, and support local events and youth sports teams.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Stanley Causey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
