Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Physical Therapist Location: Woodsville, NH Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life using personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Develop and implement rehabilitation programs, operate specialized equipment, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, and maintain a safe treatment environment. Engage in professional development and discharge planning to support patient recovery. Qualifications & Skills: Valid state licensure. Current BLS certification. Critical thinking. Strong communication. Proficiency in PC skills. Physical ability to assist with equipment. Ability to work effectively with diverse personnel. Must handle frequent public contact, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
