About the job
We're in peak season and the warehouse doesn't stop. We need a reliable, detail-oriented Forklift Operator who knows how to keep product flowing — pulling components, loading trucks, managing inventory, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate a sit-down forklift to pull and stage components for production
- Return components to warehouse racks to maintain accurate inventory
- Load and unload freight safely and on time
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory processes
- Receive and check incoming parts from suppliers
- Prepare outgoing shipments (wrapping, banding, staging)
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support warehouse and production teams as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of forklift experience
- 3+ years of experience (preferred)
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-noise environment
- High school diploma or GED required
