Organization Overview

Location: Bellevue, WA (Factoria)

Salary Range: $92,000 - $102,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Bonuses: $5,000 sign-on bonus and additional production bonuses

Job ResponsibilitiesYour Initial 30–60 Days

• Comprehensive onboarding with defined expectations
• Collaborative treatment and case discussions alongside the Clinic Director
• Gradual transition to full independence—no abrupt challenges
• Early emphasis on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and effective patient communication

Core Duties

• Assess and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Guide patients through exercises, movement retraining, and progressive loading
• Utilize manual therapy when it significantly enhances patient outcomes
• Make informed clinical decisions rather than merely adhering to protocols
• Document patient interactions efficiently during work hours (no after-hours notes)

Clinic Environment

• Active care model in an open-gym setting (limited use of passive modalities)
• Structured schedule aimed at maximizing quality and efficiency
• Collaborative team culture with high standards and accountability
• Patient demographic: active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn
• Interest in sports, movement, and performance-oriented rehabilitation
