Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist III - Float at Suwanee, GA! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist III - Float

Location: Suwanee, GA 30024

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM / Flexible scheduling as needed

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $22-25/hour (Based on years of experience & education)

Note:
1. Candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record.
2. Floaters are eligible to submit mileage between work locations for expense reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, pediatric, geriatric, and capillary blood collections accurately and efficiently.
• Collect, process, and prepare specimens according to established laboratory procedures.
• Perform verification of patient demographic information, initials, and signatures to ensure proper specimen identification.
• Confirm specimen labels are accurate and completed in the patient’s presence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide patients with a safe, professional, and comfortable experience.
• Explain procedures clearly while creating trust and confidence with patients.
• Follow all safety, compliance, confidentiality, and quality requirements.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Support multiple QUEST Diagnostics locations as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required .
• Experience with:
• • Pediatric collections
  • Geriatric collections
  • Capillary collections

Note: Local candidates within 20-25 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
