Engage with followers through comments and direct messages to build a community around the brand. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and video formats. Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice. Analyze video performance metrics to inform future video strategies and improve audience engagement. Requirements Proven experience as an actor, influencer, or content creator on social media platforms, preferably TikTok. Comfort and confidence appearing on camera, with the ability to deliver lines and express emotions effectively. Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, including trends, user behavior, and algorithms. Excellent improvisational skills and creativity to enhance video content. Ability to take direction and collaborate with a team while also bringing personal flair to performances. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with colleagues and the audience. Familiarity with video editing tools and basic filming techniques is a plus.
