Certified Surgical TechnologistJackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.Minimum Requirements:Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)BLS Certification2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environmentFor CVOR positions, 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environmentWA State license required at time of submittal. No pending license will be reviewed.Cardiac experience required.Graduate of an accredited school.ENT experience required, including FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, and soft tissue cases such as thyroid and parathyroid.DaVinci Xi experience required in Gyn, Uro, and General cases.Assignment Details:Schedule consists of 4 10-hour shifts.Shift days vary Monday through Friday.Start times may be 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM.Call is required as needed.One call shift, either weeknight or weekend, is scheduled per 4-week schedule.Weekday call runs from the end of shift until 7:00 AM the next morning.Weekend call is 24 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM.Call response time is 30 minutes.No self-scheduling.
