Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in Medical Surgical - Telemetry in last 3 years.
• EMR Cerner
• Skills Assessment MST skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations Willingness to float between departments and facilities including Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita is required.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Proficiency in Cerner
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
