Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager at our storage facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for weekly checks, cleaning out units to prepare them for renting, overlocking delinquent units, performing minor handy work such as painting, small repairs, and minor electrical tasks, heavy lifting as needed, and other related duties. We look for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a can‑do attitude. Maintenance Managers will be required to perform physical labor as part of the weekly needs. Responsibilities Perform weekly checks at the facility Clean and prepare units for rental Overlock delinquent units Handle minor handy work (painting, small repairs, minor electrical) Lift heavy items as required Any additional tasks related to facility upkeep Work Hours and Compensation 2–4 hours per week (typically 8–15 hours per month) Schedule is flexible: morning, night, weekends; worker to be available on 1–2 day notice if needed Paid once a month based on calculated hours Job Type: Part‑time Salary: $20.00 per hour Qualifications Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience Driver's license required Location and Commute Work Location: In person Recruiting in Lancaster/Carroll, OH – candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work #J-18808-Ljbffr Office Villas
