• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 10 or more years of experience in electrical engineering within the aerospace industry
• Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in engineering software tools and project management applications
• Master's degree in Power Electronics Engineering or related field (valued)

• Design and develop electrical systems and components
• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
