Linen Distribution Tech

Ensure the proper transportation of clean linen in covered carts to designated areas. Verify the quantities linen delivered. Perform linen inventory as required. Communicate effectively with supervisor regarding potential issues and linen quality concerns. Help maintain department and ensure it is clean, orderly and safe. Adherence to established procedures and requirements of the organization. Operates equipment and performs duties related to the successful operation of the department as needed. Understand, observe and adhere all safety procedures and policies. Performs general clerical duties such as typing, answering phones, etc. Adhere to Joint Commission Standards. Assist and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education: High school graduate or GED certificate preferred. 1+ year experience in the healthcare, manufacturing or similarly situated industries preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
