** A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Waystar EDI/ERA & EFT Enrollment Specialist in Louisville, KY 40222. ** The Waystar EDI/ERA & EFT Enrollment Specialist will be working for a Fortune 500 healthcare company and has career growth potential. This is a full-time, 40+ hours per week contract-to-hire opportunity.

• ** Pay: ** $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

** Waystar EDI/ERA & EFT Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities **

• Complete EDI, ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice), and EFT enrollment registrations accurately and within required timelines.
• Enroll providers for electronic claims, remittance advice, and electronic funds transfer with insurance payers.
• Generate, monitor, and follow up on EDI enrollment agreements to meet implementation deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve enrollment denials, errors, rejected enrollments, and payer correspondence.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the enrollment lifecycle.
• Support Service Plus requests related to Waystar, including new user setup, permission management, and workgroup configuration.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain Waystar workgroups.
• Troubleshoot rejected and denied claims related to enrollment issues.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of departmental workflows, systems, and enrollment tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

** Waystar EDI/ERA & EFT Enrollment Specialist Requirements **

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ** Experience enrolling EDI, ERA, and EFT transactions is required. **
• ** Experience with claims and remittance enrollment is required. **
• Strong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

** Preferred Qualifications **

• ** Direct Waystar experience is highly preferred. **
• Experience enrolling providers for claims and remittance within Waystar.
• Experience setting up and managing Waystar workgroups.
• Experience monitoring Waystar workgroups and resolving enrollment issues.
• Experience working rejected or denied claims in Waystar.
• Experience with other healthcare clearinghouses such as Availity.
• Previous healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, EDI enrollment, or payer enrollment experience.
