Senior Business Process Analyst

IDR is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Plano, TX. This role supports the company's professional services division, focusing on process documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement within North America. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, partnering closely with business leaders to optimize processes and streamline delivery. Position Overview for the Senior Business Analyst: Partner directly with the North America lead and the incumbent Senior Business Analyst on process analysis, documentation, and transformation activities. Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to document how Professional Services work is currently performed across various departments. Gather and review existing process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and supporting materials. Produce comprehensive process documentation packs, including interface specifications, SIPOC, BPMN swimlane models, and procedures. Author, validate, and publish standard operating procedures to ensure they are current and reflect actual practices. Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or Business Process Analyst. Strong experience documenting current-state processes and gathering business requirements across multiple stakeholders. Practical BPMN 2.0 modeling experience, including swimlane models with gateways and cross-actor handoffs. Experience authoring standard operating procedures, work instructions, or operational documentation.
