- Hold agency partners accountable for measurable commercial outcomes, including cost per lead, lead quality, conversion, pipeline created, and return on marketing investment.
- Evaluate agency capabilities and performance, recommend changes when needed, and ensure external resources operate as an effective extension of the Commercial organization.

- Provide Sales and Business Development teams with prospect intelligence, account insights, campaign engagement, and relevant market information.

- Expand the number and quality of prospects entering the sales funnel.
- Increase engagement with priority target accounts.
- Generate measurable new logo opportunities and commercial pipeline.
- Improve conversion from marketing engagement to sales activity.

- Commercial mindset with a strong bias toward growth and measurable outcomes.
- Naturally curious and motivated to uncover the next customer, market, or growth opportunity.

- Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, marketing technology, artificial intelligence tools, and emerging demand generation platforms.
