Clinical Manager (RN)
Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Medicare-certified Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Manager RN opportunity to cover the Boynton Beach Area. This role will primarily work in an office. Interviewing immediately.
Clinical Manager Duties:
- Perform case management, oversight, and coordination of care for all skilled disciplines.
- Provide nursing care and treatment of home care patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and approved authorizations.
- Coordinate patient admission with other members of the care team.
Clinical Manager Qualifications:
- FL RN License
- At least one (1) year of supervisory/management experience
- Experienced in Medicare Home Health and experience with OASIS review
- Strong case management and working knowledge of Medicare
