Job TitleResponsible for maintaining credit card holder responsibilities to purchase supplies, materials and equipment required for the operation and maintenance of a multipurpose project according to all procurement rules and regulations.Ensure purchases are within the limits delegated and in compliance with all regulatory guidance, policy and law.Maintain office supplies as requested by other project office staff.Purchase a wide variety of replacement supplies, materials, equipment, parts, repair services, testing services or on-site repairs for multipurpose projects.Complete accounts payable and receiving documents.Perform clerical duties such as correspondence, time and attendance data entry, and receives phone calls and visitors.
