Strategic Executive Assistant to the Director (Onsite)

Fermilab is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director in Batavia, IL. This onsite role supports a senior leader, manages a complex schedule, prepares meeting materials, and handles confidential information with discretion. You will coordinate travel, track action items, and assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests while aligning with lab policies and safety standards.
