Our Vision

Thoughtful Wellness is a dynamic, inclusive mental health therapy practice located in Ephrata, PA. Established in 2017, the mission of Thoughtful Wellness is to provide therapists and clients a space where they can be themselves and share their story. Thoughtful Wellness seeks to provide clinicians with an opportunity to develop into strong professionals and leaders in the mental health community.

What You’ll Do :

● Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.

● Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

● Grow & Thrive: Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialized training.

● Supervise & Teach: Provide guidance and expertise to emerging therapists in the field of psychotherapy, support their professional growth and clinical supervision hours.

What We’re Looking For :

● Licensed Therapist: Currently, we are specifically looking for a fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Psychologist to fill the gap in our supervisor lineup. We love to work with interns and associate licensed therapists as they emerge into the field but we can't do that without the right supervisors in place.

● Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.

● Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.

● Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

● Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Workspace and TherapyNotes
