Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately understand their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions employing diverse and personalized therapeutic techniques designed to facilitate growth and enhance emotional wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, systematically track their progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
  • Provide teletherapy as a primary service option, ensuring that accessibility is a fundamental aspect of care, particularly for individuals with mobility concerns.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation to adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are well-documented and secure.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills, stay updated on best practices and emerging trends relevant to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will significantly influence a wide array of individuals, including families, couples, and individuals dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications

  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Experience working with clients facing addiction or substance abuse issues is an advantage.
