Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in the manufacture of production safety equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Assist in the production processes, ensuring timely production schedules are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred. Familiarity with operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. Experience using power tools and hand tools effectively in an manufacturing context. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
