Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse for our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide basic nursing care under the supervision of physicians or RNs. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families. Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Requirements Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting. Demonstrated proficiency in handling patient interactions over the phone. Manage patient communications through the portal, addressing medication-related concerns. Perform basic triage to assess patient needs and escalate when necessary. Support safe and efficient patient care with knowledge of GLP1s and peptides. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred. Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software. Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps . Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps . Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
