What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily salon operations
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive membership growth, retail sales, and exceptional customer experiences
- Motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environment
- Oversee scheduling, cash management, inventory, and operational excellence
- Build excitement in the community through local marketing and events
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Loves coaching, mentoring, and developing people
- Thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys exceeding goals
