Marketing Project Assistant

PrideStaff is hiring a Marketing Project Assistant in Bend for a well-known Central Oregon company. You'll be part of a busy local marketing support team, helping store locations get the marketing materials they need, accurately and on time.

This role suits someone who likes high-volume work, keeps careful track of details, and enjoys helping people. You'll carry out requests within established guidelines and priorities. You won't be setting marketing strategy.

What you'll do

- Support store marketing requests from intake through delivery, using established tools, templates and workflows.

- Coordinate print and production jobs with vendors and internal teams so materials arrive on time.

- Serve as a responsive contact for store managers by phone and email. You'll confirm details, share status updates and answer routine questions.

- Track requests, vendor timelines and invoicing documentation, and flag missing information or bottlenecks early.

- Help store teams use the self-service marketing hub and related tools, and support updates to templates and instructions.

What you bring

- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, production coordination, or high-volume administrative support.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (required).

- Experience with Smartsheet, Navigate or similar project tracking tools is a plus.

- Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed field teams is a plus.

- Clear written and verbal communication, a customer service mindset, and strong attention to detail.

- The ability to manage a high volume of requests independently.

Schedule

- Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in Bend.
