Prairie Bluffs - Maintenance Director

Prairie Bluffs , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team! Prairie Bluffs is conveniently located right off Highway 169 and Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 140-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Our Maintenance Directors become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties Include: Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment. Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy. Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation. Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation. Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services. Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in health care is preferred.
