Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler sales team and looking for experienced, competitive Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, handle objections, and confidently close deals.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales opportunity designed for professionals who are motivated by strong earning potential, competition, and career growth.

You'll work with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS issues and tax debt. There's no cold calling or prospecting. Your focus is to understand each client's situation, present the appropriate solution, overcome objections, and confidently close qualified opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

• 15% commission on every closed deal

What You'll Do

• Speak with individuals actively seeking tax relief solutions
• Build trust and establish strong rapport with prospective clients
• Use consultative selling to understand each client's needs, concerns, and goals
• Clearly explain available solutions and their value
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process
• Confidently close qualified opportunities
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

• 12 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven track record of closing sales
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Location & Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ Position: Full-Time, In-Office

Schedule:

• MondayFriday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
