Agency Executive Recruiter (Remote DFW Area but must be in Texas)

Frontline Source Group is growingand were looking for an experienced Agency Executive Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a remote role based in the DFW area , with occasional in-person team connection opportunities.
We specialize in Accounting/Finance, HR, IT, Grocery, Marketing, Legal, Life Sciences, and Oil & Gasand after 20 years in business, were just getting started.
What Youll Do:
- Manage a high-volume recruiting desk across professional sectors
- Source, recruit, and build strong candidate relationships
- Conduct high volume of calls daily in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Partner with account managers and contribute to team success
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Support business development and cross-selling efforts
- Stay sharp with ongoing training and coaching
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (professional services required)
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Experience with Bullhorn is a plus
