Behavioral Health ClinicianWe are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team, specializing in involuntary and inpatient treatment settings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling adult behavioral health issues and will be responsible for assessing and addressing the medical evaluations and needs of patients as they transition to medical hospitals when necessary.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments of adult patients.Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies as required.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate treatment plans are established.Document patient interactions and treatment processes using EMR systems.Supervise and take charge of duties on designated units as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within an involuntary or inpatient treatment facility.Mandatory certifications: De-escalation Certification (CPI or MOAB), BLS.Strong background in behavioral health with a focus on adult patient care.Patient Types:This position primarily involves working with adult patients, aged 18 years and above.Location: Seattle, WAUnit Information:The position will involve floating between the 2nd and 3rd floors, with a combined total of 70 beds across these units.Additional Information:Scrubs of any professional color are acceptable.
