Your Mission as Events, Retail & RSVP Manager

You won't be leading from the sidelines—you'll be leading from the front.

The Leader: Coach, develop, and inspire supervisors, team leads, and marketing teams across events, retail, and RSVP channels.

The Strategist: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified appointments through community events, retail partnerships, home shows, expos, and RSVP campaigns.

The Connector: Build and strengthen relationships with retail partners, event organizers, vendors, and community organizations to maximize market opportunities.

The Driver: Lead your teams to exceed KPIs, appointment quality, revenue goals, and marketing performance while continuously improving processes and customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

You are a confident, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

• Experience: 5+ years of leadership/people management experience and 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience in a performance-driven environment. 
• Leadership: Proven ability to coach leaders, develop high-performing teams, and drive accountability. 
• Business Acumen: Comfortable using data to make strategic decisions and improve performance. 
• Mindset: Motivated, accountable, and driven with a strong ownership mentality. 
• Flexibility: Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and traveling throughout the market as needed.
