Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step-down/Telemetry Duration: 12-hour Nights Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1-2 years step-down/telemetry experience required License: RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Experience in step-down/telemetry nursing Description: We are seeking an experienced RN for a step-down/telemetry unit. This position involves caring for adult and geriatric patients. The RN-to-patient ratio is 6:1. Candidates must have 1-2 years of step-down/telemetry experience. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Experience with Paragon and Pyxis EMR systems is preferred.
