• Scope of Practice : Hospitalist position covering inpatient OB and GYN consults. Weekend shifts from 6 am to 3 pm, 2 pm to 11 pm, and 10 pm to 7 am.
• Shift Details :
  • Weekday and weekend coverage with 12 or 24-hour shifts, 7 am to 7 pm or 7 am to 7 am.
  • Candidates must be ABOG Board Certified.
  • Full-time position: approximately 144 hours per month with a mix of 12 and 24-hour shifts.
• Additional Details :
  • Hospitalists cover inpatient OB and GYN consults on the floor and in the ER, with no outpatient coverage (clinic).
  • Maximum of 9 scheduled cases per day (3 cases night shift, 6 cases day shift).
  • Inpatient department includes 12 LDR rooms and 3 low intervention rooms (midwifery).
  • Staff composition includes floor nurses, charge nurses, triage RNs, OB assistants, surgical technicians, and midwives collaborating with physicians.
