Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Shifts

Loyalhanna Care Center – Latrobe, PA

Full-Time or Part-Time

Competitive Pay Based on Experience
Shift Differentials Available

• $3.00/Hour for 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• $2.00/Hour for Night Shift

• Additional $2.00/Hour Weekend Incentive for All Hours Worked on Saturday & Sunday

• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid bi-weekly)

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care

• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing care

• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes

• Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong assessment, leadership, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care

• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
