Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our team on a remote contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, payroll processes, configuration, implementation, and production support.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Experience with SAP payroll configuration, implementation, or support.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, rules, and wage types.
Experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central with ECP.
Experience with testing, UAT, and payroll validation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Mexico and/or Latin American payroll.
SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience with Employee Central integrations and payroll replication.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
Configure and maintain payroll processes within SAP ECP.
Analyze business and payroll requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP.
Work closely with HR, payroll, functional, and technical teams.
Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support payroll testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scenarios.
Support payroll go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders in a remote environment.
