Full‑time Opportunity

Option One: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Johnstown and Tuscany. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities.

Option Two: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Westerville and Johnstown. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities.

Option Three: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Tuscany and Reynoldsburg. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities.

Part‑time schedules are available at each individual location:

Position Summary

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist , you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and assistive devices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programsMaintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities

Qualifications

• Speech‑Language Pathologist license in state of employment
• Masters Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certification
• 1‑2 years of experience preferred.
