Participates in in services, educational programs, unit meetings (attend a minimum of 80% of unit meetings per year), and mandatory meetings.Participates in hospital's quality, risk, and utilization plan by participating in projects and staff meetings.Demonstrates open communication and teamwork within each unit, between units, and house wide.
