Mike's Amazing is one of the fastest-growing condiment and foodservice brands in the country, and part of the Chefler Foods family. We proudly sponsor 30+ professional and college sports teams across baseball, football, basketball, hockey, and college athletics, along with some of the country's top music festivals, culinary events, and live entertainment experiences.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring the high-energy Mike's Amazing brand to life. You'll take direction and concepts from our creative and marketing team and turn them into bold, polished, on-brand work — billboards, event signage, sponsorship assets, and sales materials. This is a great role for a designer who's hungry to grow, works fast, and wants their work seen nationwide.

• Produce billboards and large-format advertising based on direction and concepts from the team.
• Design sports sponsorship assets, music festival materials, event signage, retail displays, and point-of-sale materials.
• Create sales and marketing collateral — sell sheets, flyers, presentation decks, and distributor materials.
• Help keep the Mike's Amazing brand look consistent across every channel.
• Take feedback and revisions in stride and keep multiple projects moving at once.
• Keep your design files and assets organized and easy for the team to find.

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows range.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A good eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency.
• The ability to take direction and turn it into clean, finished design — quickly.
• Comfort juggling several projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude.

• Experience with large-format / out-of-home design (billboards, signage, event graphics).
• Experience designing for sports, live events, or entertainment brands.
• Adobe After Effects or other motion/video skills for social and animated signage.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
