As one of the Northwest's largest community health centers with over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, the facility provides affordable, high-quality care with a team-based approach and comprehensive services for underserved patient populations.

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to translation and patient care
• Develop and manage your own patient panel with focus on underserved populations
• Participate in team-based approach to comprehensive pediatric care
• Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Pediatric Residency program
• Experience with community health or underserved patient populations preferred
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided (no tail coverage needed)
• Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B
• Optional 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• $30,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance available
• $2,000 monthly resident stipend starting after contract signing
• Student loan repayment assistance program
• $3,700 annual CME allowance with 40 hours of CME time
