Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Client requires SNF and AL/IL experience. Experience with documentation and electronic medical record systems relevant to post-acute care preferred. Ability to manage caseloads typical of a 5x8 SNF schedule preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Assignment Length: 14 weeks (VMS Contract Weeks).
